1. What is your processing time?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical U.S. delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

UrbanCamo Wear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

  2. Allow 24 hours for additional updates

  3. Contact the carrier for assistance

We accept returns of unworn, unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
